What an event!!
The Perform Better team had a great weekend at BodyPower 2018, the biggest indoor fitness expo in the world. Our special guest, Dmitry Klokov, gave a lifting demonstration each day on our stand and a coaching session each afternoon.
Ross, our Sports Scientist, loved getting the crowd involved with a velocity test using the GymAware and Ash, our Social Media Co-Ordinator, couldn't help but create some competition amongst the attendees with some fun exercises.
