The risk of hamstring injury is increased in athletes with lower eccentric hamstring strength and Left-to-Right strength imbalances.
The Hamstring Solo Elite quickly and accurately gives instant feedback on hamstring muscle strength and Left-to-Right strength asymmetry. It presents this feedback in a user-friendly, easy to read multifunctional app. All data can be easily downloaded and converted to other formats for use in presentations and/or statistical packages.
