Preventing injuries is always at the forefront of athlete's minds, and when developments in this field are made, it's of great relevance to share with like minded people.TJ Gabbett has put together a thesis on the subject of Training-Injury Prevention Paradox, which looks at how athletes accustomed to high training loads appear to suffer from fewer injuries than those who train at lower workloads.

Their work also looks at the ways of monitoring training load, which explores the varying levels of training load, and how this effects the athlete.
