As Covid19 continues to challenge the world, we at PB wanted to keep our clients, customers and supporters up to date with our activities during these unprecedented times.
As things stand, we are open our normal opening hours 8.45am – 5.15pm (GMT) Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays) and are on hand to answer your questions and queries, but please check out some of our FAQ’s below to see if this can help you:
Please be reassured if you have placed an order on our website or with our sales team via email or telephone we are working to fulfill your order as soon as possible (currently within 10 working days from when your order was placed). Please note there may be delays to dispatching equipment along with delays with our hard-working couriers.
We are currently experiencing a 3-5 working day delay on processing, along with an expected delay with our couriers and the Royal Mail due to large volumes of orders.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you no longer want your order to be processed – please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your shipping address and we will cancel and issue a refund as soon as possible.
We have introduced a reduction in our office and warehouse-based staff to ensure we adhere to the government guidelines on social distancing. This inevitably will cause a delay in processes orders, fulfilling shipments and answering enquires, we appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
You can still reach Team PB via email but please note we are dealing with a high number of enquiries with a reduced team, therefore we aim to respond within 24 hours during the working week.
We estimate to have all deliveries full filled within 5-7 working days. Please note there may be additional delays due to couriers and Royal Mail delays.
We will endeavour to have all product lines restocked as quickly as possible, if you require a specific product please email our sales team and they can provide you with details on when that product will be available.
Please send all stock and delivery enquiries direct to email@example.com our social media team do not have access to specific order details due to GDPR regulations, this has to be handled directly by our sales team. The PB social media team are on hand to help with generic enquiries and product info.
