Home Workout for Wheelchair Users

Home workout for Wheelchair users from the Matt Hampson Foundation’s James Sutliff.

Here’s a 10 mins cardio workout to get the heart rate going and blood pumping around the body. All you need is a light pole, long brush etc.

There are 6 exercises in total. 30 secs each exercise and move along, until 10 mins are up

1. Push outs

2. Push-ups

3. Outs and ups

4. Paddle right

5. Paddle left

6. Paddle left and right

Then back to the start. Easy as that. Save it and give it a go
