England Roses and Saracens Mavericks Netball star Sasha Corbin is the founder of Solo Sessions, an inspiring creative thinking for training alone or in small groups.

In this weeks Solo Sessions, Sasha Corbin's younger sister Kadeen Corbin takes over and shares a few practices with a resistance band, especially for the Goal Shooters and Goal Attacks out there.

Shooters have to be really strong in the circle through their legs and core. The resistance band adds some pressure to the movements, so players have to work harder and engage even more muscles to achieve the movements.

Kadeen Corbin is a PB Ambassador and Commonwealth Gold Medallist with the England Roses Netball Team.
