The Hub will feature a ‘Warm Up Zone’ including Wattbikes, Perform Better Olympic Lifting frames and free weights, a ‘Recovery Zone’ with Recovery legs, personal massage products and a stretch area. In addition to this Perform better will be bringing their ‘Challenge Zone’ where you can test your reaction speed, measure your power output and jump height and try the latest in sports technologies. Also, watch out for special guests throughout the week dropping in to speak to the players.
