Sit and Reach Box
Sit and Reach Box test measures the flexibility of the lower back and hamstring muscles. In order to test for flexibility athletes place their feet against the box. Athletes then reach forward as far as possible keeping their knees touching the floor. Commonly the athlete will repeat this procedure three times. This will enable coaches to calculate the average score for the athlete.
Universal test for leg, hip and trunk flexibility.
Scale 0-55cm.
