The Stretchband is a simple tool designed by physiotherapists that assists people to use the correct body positioning during stretching.
How flexible are you? Can you almost touch your toes from standing – then go with the band for your height. If however, you are unable to get to your ankles, then you are probably quite stiff and should purchase a band one size larger than your height would indicate.
Small (red) less than 170cm (under 5’6″)
Medium (blue) 170cm to 190cm (5’6″ to 6’2″)
Large (green) 190cm and over (6’2″ plus)
