The Stretchband is a simple tool designed by physiotherapists that assists people to use the correct body positioning during stretching.
How flexible are you? Can you almost touch your toes from standing – then go with the band for your height. If however, you are unable to get to your ankles, then you are probably quite stiff and should purchase a band one size larger than your height would indicate.
Height recommendations: Small (red) less than 170cm (under 5’6″) Medium (blue) 170cm to 190cm (5’6″ to 6’2″) Large (green) 190cm and over (6’2″ plus)
