Description
The Silver back is designed to develop, promote and help maintain perfect posture under pressure enabling athletes to manage the pressure of collision areas. It can also be used to develop speed, power, horizontal and rotational force.
The innovation behind the harness came from the need to
develop a better scrummaging technique- it has been developed to benefit players of all ages, genders and positions.
