Perform Better offer an in-house and on-site service support system. If you have a product not working or you feel it needs a service you can return it to our Head Office, where our experienced internal team will review and repair or if required return to the original manufacturer.
If you want a member of the Perform Better Servicing Team to come out to your site to service your kit or full facility, please contact us and we will happily arrange a visit, and complete a servicing report form to get all details in place prior to the service.
Perform Better offer full annual service contract options for facilities large and small, or a one-off check and repair service for your equipment.

Full facility servicing can be provided on kit both purchased and not purchased from PB, and a detailed report provided for your records.

Our trained staff can service, repair and maintain all equipment we provide, any many items we don’t. We carry spare parts for most items which can be supplied within 24 hours. Many problems can be diagnosed remotely and fixed quickly and efficiently.
