Perform Better are launching a Social Media Ambassador role in the new year. As an established brand in the elite sports market we have recently invested more practice into our social media channels and will be using the charismatic personality of Dyneal Fessal to reach a greater audience. We asked Dyneal Fessal to introduce himself:
"I currently play rugby for Jamaica 7s where we have recently qualified for the World Cup in 2018 which makes Jamaica the 1st Caribbean country to qualify ever. It was exciting to be a part of making history. I am also studying a Masters in Sport & Exercise Psychology where I hope to develop a psychological intervention programme for injured athletes in various sports.
Hobbies/Interests: Other than playing rugby, I do enjoy finding out of the ordinary places around London; for example, Chamber of Flavours. It's always great playing FIFA with friends and also helping people in their fitness goals and making a positive impact in their lives.
Achievements: Warwickshire County U20, Ealing Academy U23, signing to Henley Hawks and Jamaica 7s".
