Perform Better were appointed to develop and upgrade the Physical training facility at OGC Nice football club in the South of France.
We provided a range of Strength and Cardiovascular equipment, along with a selection of Sports Science equipment to enable to best training and monitoring of the players throughout the season.
In the Strength area we provided new Keiser Leg Extension and Functional trainers, PB Olympic Bench Press Bench and Adjustable Benches, along with a selection of PB Medicine balls, Slam Balls, Strength bands and MiniBands, and a range of Eleiko Olympic Rubber Training Discs. To complement this, we installed 8 state-of-the-art Wattbike Nucleus Bikes, to develop the Cardio offering within the facility whilst also providing personal feedback to complement the Sports Science testing equipment.
Here within the Sports Science section, we provided a Kistler Force platform with associated Software, the new Gymaware Powertool and Software, Blazepod Reaction timing systems plus Scales and RunRockets.
The Perform Better install team managed the installation on-sote and ensured the layout maximised the space available to create a flow within the facility removing the possibility of ‘honey-pot/ areas.
