Firefly was introduced in 2017 by its founder Anthony Kjenstad in California, US as a recovery tool for elite athletes. Firefly is now used by over 750 Professional and College Sports teams in the United States across NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLS.

Firefly helps your body to recover faster by increasing blood flow throughout your entire body. Firefly is small and portable, so you can take it with you wherever you go. Firefly sends small electrical pulses to stimulate your peroneal nerve (in your leg), creating a slight foot “flutter” which increases blood flow by 400%.
