Premier League and England defender, wanted to convert garage space into a gym space for home workouts, to build on strength and fitness while away from the training ground.
Overview
We decided to use squat stands for bar work to allow more open functional space in the garage for other work/movements.
Full dumbbell & strength band sets, as well as an adjustable bench, were included for a range of resistance work.
A Keiser spin bike was added for a cardio option in the room.
