Perform Better were delighted to welcome a number of Schools recently to a unique School Sport Performance Summit which was held at St. George’s Park, The FA’s National Football Centre.
The Summit covered the Use of Psychology with Young Athletes, Setting up a New S&C Facility in a School, Nutrition for Young Athletes and a popular and insightful presentation by Kev Paxton, the Head of Sports Science at Leicester City FC Academy, on Long Term Athlete Development and its place in Youth Sport.
Jake Polledri, who plays for Gloucester Rugby and the Italian National Squad, was under the spotlight with a questions and answer session.
