St. George’s Park, The FA’s National Football Centre which opened in 2012, is a £105 million facility that provides world-class facilities for all 28 England teams ahead of international matches. Perform Better have been appointed as the Official Performance Partner of Rosslyn Park National Schools Sevens. The Rosslyn Park National Schools Sevens has evolved into the world’s largest rugby tournament with over 10,000 boys and girls aged 11 - 18 competing annually.
Carnegie School Of Sport Leeds Beckett University
In 2021 Perform Better and Leeds Beckett University Carnegie School of Sport agreed a unique research partnership which involves the University carrying out Masters Research projects on a number of Perform Better’s leading Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning products. The ground breaking agreement tied in with the construction of a new, £45m state of-the-art building at the Headingley Campus.
England Netball

Ian is currently the Head of Academy Strength & Conditioning with London Irish, whilst Tom is the Head of Physical Performance & Sport Science at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
