Performance Monitor
Every BikeErg includes Concept 2's most advanced Performance Monitor, the PM5 delivering consistent and comparable data for each ride. It offers an automatic "Just Ride" mode, in addition to customisable workout settings. Get Connected
The BikeErg's PM5 monitor features both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity, allowing it to sync with various heart rate belts, fitness devices, and apps. The free Concept2 ErgData app assists in tracking your workouts and can seamlessly integrate with the Concept2 Online Logbook. For added motivation, third-party apps like Zwift offer extra features to keep you engaged.

Flywheel and Damper
The BikeErg utilises the same flywheel design as our indoor rowers and SkiErg, ensuring a responsive and uninterrupted ride. The damper permits swift adjustments to the airflow to the flywheel during your workout, akin to changing gears on a bicycle. Opening the damper allows more air into the flywheel, simulating a heavier gear while closing it lightens the "gearing."

Adjustable Saddle and Handlebars
Both the saddle and handlebar positions are effortlessly adjustable. The saddle height is easily set using our secure tool-free ratcheting system. Fore and aft saddle position and angle adjustments allow for a customised fit. The handlebars can be adjusted vertically, horizontally, and offer three different riding options, making it convenient to find the perfect setting for your needs.
