The Exer-Genie® was first developed for Astronauts to use in space in the 1960`s.

The Exer-Genie® has a variable resistance dial from 1-500 units of resistance and therefore can be used for many types of training. These include, speed work, strongman, sports specific and also isotonic and isometric training sessions.
The Exer-Genie® is available with two lengths of training cord - 36m and 60m. Exer-Genie® can be attached with the clips to a goalpost, fence etc.

Includes small carry bag.
