The Flex Board has a patented design. This includes a central opening where you can attach a handle using a self-locking, turn-click mechanism. Each board has 8 attachment points for resistance tubes allowing you to add extra resistance into your workout.

Different from other gliding products, The Flex Disc offers you a balance challenge where you need to stay in control during andy static or dynamic movements.
