Depending on how vigorously they are applied massage balls can have a stimulatory effect on muscles and soft tissues.

Made from silicon making them more forgiving than the hard hockey type ball and less likely to slip on hard surfaces.

Available as a Single Ball or a Dual (joined) Ball.
