A target is anything that is moving faster than 10 M.P.H. / 16 K.P.H, for example a ball, something running or moving. The Speed Radar gun will measure the relative speed of a target as it approaches the radar gun. If the target is in a direct line (collision course) with the radar gun the measured speed will be exact. The speedgun can measure the speed of a cricket/tennis ball up to 110mph from 90 feet away.
