About the Course

Perform Better has teamed up with Kevin Paxton at Chirosports Fitness - a nominated UKSCA training provider - to deliver the new introductory UKSCA S&C Trainer Award. 

The 4-day qualification covers:

• Foundation athletic development movements
• Safety in the gym 
• Strength-based training coaching session 
• Design a 12 week S&C programme
• Critical reflection of knowledge and practical development 

The course is made up of: 

• 2-day practical 'Foundations' workshop 
• Personalised online tutorials for ultimate convenience  
• 2-day practical workshop including assessments 
• Collaborative group learning to elevate your understanding
• Online 1:1 tutorial sessions 
• Online final assessment
