When Burnley FC built their new 1st team training facility at their Gawthorpe Training Ground in 2017 the Academy moved into the old 1st team training building.
The facility included a Strength and Conditioning facility that Perform Better had equipped for the Club 3 years earlier.
Overview
The Strength and Conditioning facility was equipped with a number of PB products some examples including Performance Squat stands, benches and a range of Functional Training equipment.
In 2020 Burnley’s Academy was awarded Category One status in the Premier League Academy EPPP programme- this led to increased investment in the Academy facilities.
In September 2020 Perform Better were selected to refurbish the Academy S and C facility- this included two compact half racks, Keiser functional trainer, dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic bars and discs, Bosus and balance pads.
