To prepare for the 2018 World Cup in Russia England Football required a pop-up gym creating in their team hotel.
Featuring strength and conditioning space, CV area and a recovery zone.
Overview
Perform Better were selected to install an elite training facility at the England Football team’s hotel during the World Cup in Russia in 2018.
After completing the St. George’s Park facility earlier in the year Perform Better were the natural choice to re-create the World Class facility to enable the England team to be in peak physical condition during the tournament.
The Perform Better expert team travelled to Russia with our industry leading equipment to install a facility with a range of Wattbikes, recovery equipment, plyometric kit and strength products.
With the FA only having access to the hotel for three days prior to the players arriving, Perform Better were given a very tight time-scale to get the flooring laid and equipment installed ready for the players.
A sports hall on the second floor of the hotel was identified as the ideal room for the facility for the Performance Strength and Conditioning Facility.
