With the recent investment at the Club’s Elland Road Stadium and Thorp Arch training facility Leeds United Football Club have upgraded the 1st team gym.
In addition the club also created a new academy Strength and Conditioning facility for their academy.
Overview
Perform Better were selected as the preferred supplier for both the first team and academy team equipment for Leeds United FC.
Some of the existing Perform Better equipment from the 1st team gym was moved into the academy facility and complemented by a range of new equipment. With a range of new equipment being installed for the 1st team facility.
Most of Leeds United’s history has been spent competing in the first and second tiers of English football. Their longest continuous spell inside the first tier was a period of 18 years between 1964 and 1982, while their longest period outside of it spanned 16 years between 2004 and 2020.
