In 2020 Oxford United appointed Perform Better to upgrade their strength and conditioning facility, along with the match day warm up zone in the stadium.
"Recently my colleagues and I have been given the opportunity to improve our gym and conditioning facility at Oxford United. My first call was to Perform Better who have consistently delivered outstanding products with a first-class service. Not only are the products hugely beneficial but the after-care sales and customer service continue to be excellent. I am lucky to have a great working relationship with Perform Better and feel confident that no matter what enquiry we have, be it large or small they always provide an excellent product."

Overview
Founded in 1893 as Headington United, Oxford United adopted its current name in 1960. It joined the Football League in 1962 after winning the Southern Football League, reaching the Second Division in 1968. After relegation in 1976, between 1984 and 1986 the club earned successive promotions into the First Division, and won the League Cup in 1986. However, Oxford was unable thereby to enter the 1987 UEFA Cup because of the UEFA ban on English clubs in European competitions.
Since 2001, Oxford United have played at the Kassam Stadium- the all-seater stadium has a capacity of 12,500 and has only three stands instead of the usual four; when first planned in 1995 it was originally going to have a 16,000-seat capacity, but by the time the stadium opened Oxford was playing in a lower division, so the smaller capacity was deemed adequate.
In 2018 Perform Better were selected to refurbish the Strength and Conditioning facility at the Club and supplied Three Standard Half Racks, Leg Press, Keiser bikes, Wattbikes, Treadmills and a range of Sport Science equipment. In 2020 the Club were keen to re-invest in the facility and added a Keiser Squat, new dumbbells, kettlebells and 10 more Keiser M3 spin bikes. With Perform Better being based only 50 minutes from Oxford the two parties have developed a commercial partnership which includes the S and C facility and Stadium Warm up area carrying Perform Better branding.
