Clifton Park Hospital opened in 2006 and is located just outside York. The modern purpose-built hospital has been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has first-class medical facilities including 24 beds, two theatres, a day case unit, a large outpatient department with X-ray facilities and on-site physiotherapy, including a small gym area.

In 2022 when the Physiotherapy department made the decision to refurbish the Physio gym at Clifton Park Perform Better was selected to supply the equipment having worked with other hospitals in the Ramsay Healthcare group. With the room having restricted space the Perform Better design team worked closely with the Physiotherapy team to ensure the space was maximised. To provide a suitable range of rehabilitation programmes the following equipment was selected - R2 Leg Press, Spirit Medical Treadmill and Recumbent Bike plus a range of dumbbells and kettlebells.
