Wycombe Wanderers’ thrilling play-off final victory at Wembley Stadium last week was aided by the provision of a pop-up gym facility in the changing room, courtesy of Midlands-based company Perform Better.

Chairboys players were able to prepare for kick-off using state-of-the-art exercise equipment from the leading experts in sport performance, and the most innovative suppliers of sports performance equipment, who also work with some of the country's most elite sports clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham.

The club’s Head of Medical, Cian O’Doherty, said: “With a number of restrictions in place because of the health and safety protocols relating to Covid-19, we needed to find the most effective ways of making sure the players’ preparations weren’t affected and we’re extremely grateful to Perform Better for supplying these gym facilities for us.”
