Warwickshire based SME, Perform Better UK have created limited edition Tutu Tygers versions of their top selling Mini Bands to raise funds and awareness for the charity.

The Tutu Tygers Club, an initiative of the Tygerberg Hospital Children’s Trust, seeks to carry out the founding patronage of Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu and Mrs. Leah Tutu to provide high-quality care for all of Tygerberg Hospital’s children. Each Tyger representative is a sporting professional.

Perform Better have created limited edition Mini Bands for each Tyger and these will be sold via the PB website with 50% of the profits being donated to the charity. The Tyger representatives are rugby players Ashley Johnson, Juan de Jong and Cornal Hendricks along with international cricketer Vernon Philander.

Tutu Tyger Ashley Johnson said: "We are grateful to partner with perform better, during the pandemic it has highlighted how much more needs to done to help the children in need and with PB this will enable us (Tutu Tygers) to help them even more."

Speaking of the partnership, Mark Gladwin, Perform Better Director said: “Perform Better are pleased to offer our support in creating limited edition Mini Bands for Tutu Tygers donating 50% of the profits to the charity to allow them to further care for their beneficiaries. Working closely with Ashley on this project has been a privilege and we plan to further the relationship across the year.”
