
The England Cricket Team uses Catapult GPS system to measure the players training loads during match play and training.
To be able to measure and understand information such as distance covered, accelerations, deceleration, repeated high intensity sprints and much more can aid the coaches to ensure players have the required amount of recovery and nutrition to reduce the risk of injury and help perform to their maximum.
With the different formats in the game require very different preparations both physically and mentally. From the fast paced explosive nature of T20 to the traditional 5 day endurance version of the sport will require different demands for the players.
