The owners of A to B Football Academy are both UEFA B coaches who have worked extensively in Professional Clubs. They have set up a new facility in Chesterfield which provides an indoor pitch plus a large Strength and Conditioning space to develop young players to help them to be selected for an Academy at a Professional Club.
PB provided performance flooring throughout the space with a turf track down one side of the room. A branded lifting platform was inserted under the Core Half Rack, this was complemented with a dumbbell set, kettlebells, slam balls, foam plyos and a Vertimax V8 plyometric trainer. A range of Cardio equipment was installed including Wattbikes and Ski Ergs. Part of the A to B package is to test the young players so a timing system and force plates were installed to test players speed and power.
