THE HUB

The Hub is a private Performance centre based in Chepstow, Monmouthshire, with a full S&C Suite, Studio, Cardio area and Physio rooms.

As part of an ongoing transformation of the facilities into the region’s premier facility, Perform Better were asked to transform the Studio area into a multifunctional training space for all types of classes.

The transformation of the studio area has been incredible, from the new lighting, re-painted walls and elite training equipment and flooring we now have a studio that can hold effective classes for all levels of ability. Perform Better have worked with us from the beginning and have been a huge help in allowing us to realise our vision.

Starting with the floor we replaced the existing loose laid tiles with 20mm interlocking performance flooring with a 14m integrated and deck-level turf track.

Along one wall we installed a multi-function rig incorporating 4 Olympic lifting stations with integrated 100kg Pulleys stacks, with fixed storage shelves, pull up bars and bodyweight stations.

Finally, PB added extra HIIT cardio equipment on one side of the room to allow for a full body workout area.

The equipment installed included

  • Olympic bars and discs
  • Hex dumbbell set
  • Ski Erg x3
