
The US Women's National Football Team (U23s) recently came back from their victorious trip to Croatia where they won the Istria Cup.
During the tournament it was important to monitor and track their fitness levels and with the help of Seattle Sounders Academy physiologist and fitness coach Brandon Moran this was achieved.
Catapult GPS tracking units were used throughout the tournament and became an invaluable tool for the coaches to track and monitor the player’s fitness which enabled them to make decisions with squad rotation to reduce the risk of injury to the players.
