Perform Better believe in supporting an industry by not just providing the best elite sports equipment out there but by contributing to the sports science element around the use and performance outcome.
That's why we are proud sponsors of two different series of Workshops and Presentations.
Coming up this month......
Lyceum: Buddy Morris – Sports Performance for Team Sport
Thursday 19th October
Buddy Morris is one of the most well respected and highly experienced strength and conditioning coaches in the industry, with over 31 years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning, specialising in both physical preparation and rehabilitation. He is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Arizona Cardinals within the NFL.
Buddy is a rare entity in that, despite his many years of experience, he has never lost his commitment to learning and furthering his understanding of his craft. He is a coach who is happy to challenge the status quo and as many great masters of the present and past understand, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Don’t miss this opportunity to hear one of the top practitioners in the field share his thoughts on all things sports performance. This is a must for practitioners within team sports, from both strength & conditioning and rehab backgrounds. Buddy will no doubt challenge the way you think as a coach and practitioner. This is how we develop, by hearing our assertions challenged and broadening our perspectives in how we can achieve what we’re aiming for.
