The Rosslyn Park HSBC National School 7's Tournament was once again a huge success.

The RPNSS which has evolved into the world's largest rugby tournament, boasted some amazing statistics this year:

755 teams; 23 pitches; 1781 matches and 9060 participants!

Perform Better were on hand throughout the Tournament offering Pre-game Activation and guidance and Post-Game Recovery using some of the best products in the sporting industry. Equipment was made available for players and coaches to use throughout the week and included the Runrocket and Physiolab, the latest technology in cold compression therapy.
