The ANCORE Pro and ANCORE Pro Plus provide a full cable training experience that’s built for any space and enables athletes of all kinds to become stronger. Weighing in at 3kg fully loaded, and at a size no bigger than a dumbbell, the ANCORE Trainers can create resistance levels up to 30kg (65lbs). Its integrated roller guidance system minimises cable wear and tear to provide commercial-level quality cable training without the clutter.

The ANCORE Pro and Pro Plus can be mounted on everything from a squat rack to a wall to easily meet the needs of any training environment with no complicated setup or expensive installation. The devices are built with complete compatibility in mind, seamlessly go between any ANCORE mount with the universal mount interface. At a fraction of the cost of other cable trainers, the ANCORE Trainer provides a complete cable training experience built for any space.

ANCORE Pro vs ANCORE Pro Plus, what's the difference?

The Pro resistance set comes with enough resistance plates for up 25kg (55lbs) of resistance. You can always purchase additional resistance plates later on.

The Pro Plus resistance set comes with a pair of additional 10lbs plates enabling you to reach the maximum resistance of 30kg (65lbs).
