Rosslyn Park National School 7s took place in March 2019, where Perform Better introduced their Performance Hub for participants to prepare for match and recovery throughout the tournament.

We were delighted to return to the tournament and build on attendance in 2018, by providing a full recovery and warm up area for all athletes.
